Unique Arriba beans grow in the Pacific cloud forests surrounding the Mache Chindul Nature Reserve in Ecuador’s Esmeraldas region. Once a landmark of Ecuador, pure Arriba Nacional cocoa beans are difficult to find in today’s times of hybrid, mass produced cacao, and give delightful notes of caramel, hazelnut and salt, with further secondary flavours of cream, milk and red fruit. This fine-quality chocolate is made into tiny chocolate drops to ensure ease of melting.
This is a strictly limited-edition chocolate blend. We’ve only a small number available, and once it’s gone… it’s gone.
Ingredients: Raw Cane Sugar (37.11%), Cacao Butter (27.59%), Whole MILK Powder (20.17%), Cacao Mass (15.03%), Fleur De Sel (Sea Salt) (0.1%). Cacao solids 42% minimum. MILK solids 20% Minimum.
