Jürg Gassmann2 Oct, 21:01Not Rare Tea's fault My son signed me up for a subscription, but then the customs rules in Ireland changed, and the subscription would have become prohibitively expensive. Rare Tea offered to cancel, no fuss.

Julie G.5 Oct, 15:28I am not historically a tea drinker but love Ceylon because it’s not too strong and not fragranced. Just a light refreshing drink. The Brew Tea Co are wonderful to deal with. There was a delivery issue with my last order and they instantly got a next day delivery for me. That’s what I call great customer service.
