A special Darjeeling completely rolled by hand which stood out as our favourite from this year's First Flush; it has a brilliant long lingering crisp taste coupled with gentle floral fruit notes.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
