Cutting back on caffeine shouldn’t mean giving up a good cup. These are five of our most popular herbal teas, chosen so each one does something different: crisp peppermint, whole chamomile flowers, our Sweet Dreams bedtime blend, a zingy lemon and ginger and a softly sweet peach and honeybush. Every one is naturally caffeine-free.

Each tea comes in its own labelled pouch with enough for around ten cups. That is 110g of loose leaf and roughly 50 cups in all, packed in a slim box that fits through most letterboxes.

Peppermint (20g)
Pure peppermint leaves. Crisp and cooling, good after a meal.
Brew: 1 heaped tsp per cup · 100°C · 3–5 minutes

Organic Chamomile (20g)
Whole flowers that brew a golden cup with soft apple notes.
Brew: 1 heaped tsp per cup · 100°C · 3–5 minutes

Sweet Dreams (20g)
Apple, mint and gentle herbs for the last cup of the day.
Brew: 1 heaped tsp per cup · 100°C · 3–5 minutes

Lemon & Ginger (25g)
Bright lemon and warming ginger. Straightforward and zingy.
Brew: 1 heaped tsp per cup · 100°C · 3–5 minutes

Honeyed Peach (25g)
Peach, honeybush and tangerine. Softly sweet, and lovely iced.
Brew: 1 heaped tsp per cup · 100°C · 3–5 minutes
