About this Product
The first ever Gyokuro processed as a black tea! It has a unique sweet pear taste combined with umami notes!
The tea is a Gyokuro due to the three week shading it undergoes prior to plucking the tea leaves.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
