Built from high-altitude South and Central American arabicas, it delivers a rich, satisfying cup with notes of milk chocolate and ripe stone fruit, balanced by a smooth, rounded sweetness.

The medium roast brings depth and body without losing the character of the beans, creating a coffee that’s approachable, comforting, and remarkably easy to drink. It’s equally at home alongside a leisurely weekend breakfast as it is fuelling a busy weekday morning.

Good Morning Sunshine was developed as a filter coffee, but works beautifully in a cafetière, Aeropress, pour-over, or drip brewer. For filter coffee, Dark Woods recommend 60g of coffee per litre of water.
