White Monkey “Bai Mao Hou” Silver Tips 白毛猴

A superior quality green tea, produced in the Fujian province of China. This tea is made from young shoots with large buds covered with tiny silvery hair; “silver tips”.
The infusion is pale yellow and smooth with a slightly herbaceous taste and a mellow honey-like aftertaste.

Preparation:
Use filtered and freshly boiled water 80°C
Allow 1 level teaspoon of tea per 200ml cup +1 for the pot. Infuse for 3 min.
