Ingredients: Goldenrod, nasturtium seeds (Tropaeloum), vervain,  hoary willow herb (Epilobium parviflorum), liquorice root, hyssop. Naturally caffeine free.
May contain traces of nuts.

Prepartion: Use freshly boiled filtered water 100°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup.
