Can help boost memory and has an anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, diuretic and antioxidant effects. It is used for soothing sore throats, menopausal symptoms and joint pain.
The infusion is pale with a distinct savoury flavour. Could be drunk on its own or blended with other herbs or tea.

Preparation:
Use filtered and freshly boiled water 100°C
Allow 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 300ml cup +1 for the pot.
Infuse for 5-8 min.
