Using only whole dried rose buds and nothing more! On their own they give a light pale yellow infusion with a fragrant rose taste and beautiful floral aroma.

Rose is naturally caffeine free and is known for being very calming and can be perfect for an afternoon tea! Whilst the delightful scent and taste of rose is popular in the west, it has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years. It is used in Chinese medicine as an aid to menstrual cramping.

Preparation: Use freshly boiled filtered water 100°C.
Allow 1 teaspoon of rose buds for 300ml cup.
Infuse 5-8 min.
