Raspberry leaf is a naturally caffeine free herbal tea that has been used for centuries to help fight diarrhoea and aid digestion when drunk. It can help fight sore throats when gargled. It is sometimes recommended during the late stages of pregnancy to help induce labour. Whilst it’s generally considered to be a tea for women’s health it is known for helping to support the prostate.
