Pai Mu Tan ‘White Peony’
Pai Mu Tan is one of the most popular and well known white teas. It is made from unopened buds picked with two or three tender young leaves. They range from white to light green and brown in colour. The pale yellow infusion has a soft, velvety flavour with a hint of nuttiness and a sweet muscatel aroma.

Tea Origin: Fujian Province, China
Preparation: Use freshly boiled filtered water 90-95°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup.
