“Matcha”  is a type of green tea made by  grinding tea leaves into a fine powder.

The name Hisui translates as ‘Jade’ which reflects the colour of the tea leaves used to make this Matcha.

This “Matcha” is made from high quality tea leaves that are grown in 90% shade which gives the infusion its bright green colour. Powdered tea Matcha is used for the Japanese tea ceremony and contains a high amount of antioxidants and minerals. A highly stimulating tea.

The infusion releases a fresh cut meadow aroma, with a full bodied and slight nutty taste.
