Mi Lan Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong Tea comes from a small tea grower in Chaoan, Guangdong Province in China.
They grow the tea for its rich honey-sweet and orchid aroma. The long dark twisted leaves produce a golden tea that is light and easy to drink in the afternoon or evening with a meal.
Like all oolong teas, these can be brewed several times to obtain different flavours.
Brewing time: Use freshly drawn water at 85C for 2 to 3 minutes.
Take without milk or sugar.
