This is one of the finest teas produced in the famous Wu Yi mountains. It is picked and processed in the early spring, and it is completely handmade. Only the finest, tender shoots, mainly un-opened buds covered with tiny silvery hair, are used for production of this special tea. They turn a golden colour when oxidized and therefore the final appearance is reminiscent of “golden eyebrows”. The (liquor) infusion is amber with a slightly chocolaty and honey-like flavour with a floral finish.
