A naturally caffeine free blend of South African Honeybush, cinnamon and apple. The infusion has a lovely warming spiced quality. Great after a meal or for warming up on a chilly day!

Ingredients: Honeybush (min 49%), Cinnamon pieces (min 10%), apple pieces (min 20%), sugar crystals, aroma, lemon grass.

Preparation:
Use filtered and freshly boiled water 100°C
Allow 1 level teaspoon of tea per 200ml cup +1 for the pot. Infuse for 3-5 min.

Honeybush (Cyclopia intermedia) is grown in South Africa and is from the same plant family as Rooibos. It gives a reddish infusion with a honey-sweet taste and aroma. It’s naturally caffeine free and is high in antioxidants, minerals and micro elements which are very important for the human body. Honeybush is known for having a soothing effect on the central nervous system and can help relieve headaches, insomnia and nervous tension.
