One of the best rock grown oolongs from the Wu Yi mountains. The unique climate, rocky soil and processing of the leaves give this tea a distinctive taste. The large, dark, twisted leaves produce an amber infusion with a deeply roasted flavour reminiscent of bitter chocolate and minerals with floral notes.
This tea is suitable for multiple infusions.

Preparation
Western Style: Use freshly boiled filtered water 90°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup.
Infuse 3-4 min.
Gongfu Brewing: Use freshly boiled filtered water 90°C.
Use roughly 5g of leaf/100ml
1st Infusion: 30 seconds
2nd Infusion: 40 seconds
Add 10 seconds to each following infusion.
