An unusual oolong which is stored within a bitter melon (Momordica charantia), possessing a thick yet sweet roasted aroma with a sweet roasted plum taste.

It is recommended to break off part of the bitter melon to brew with the oolong.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
